Fluke 85RF II High Frequency Probe

Transforms a DC voltmeter into a high frequency (100kHz to 500MHz) AC voltmeter, 30V RMS or 200VDC max input voltage.

The Fluke 85RF II high frequency probe calibrates the DC output to be equal to the rms value of a sine wave input. It can be used with a DC voltmeter that has an input resistance of 10MΩ, ±10%. Voltmeters with higher input resistances are usable if an external shunt is put across the input terminals to decrease the input resistance to 10MΩ.
