Small, compact and very tough, the Model MN185 is designed for measurements from 50mA to 120AAC. The "clothes pin" shape makes it ideal for use in tight areas, such as breaker panels, controller panels or outlets. It is an excellent companions to all DMMs.

The Model MN185 works as a traditional current transformer (with 1000:1) and provides current outputs (mA) for use with DMMs, recorders or instruments with current ranges. The Model MN185 permits True RMS measurements when used with a True RMS instrument.

The Model MN185 uses special magnetic cores to provide higher accuracy and lower phase shift.
