The Greyline Instruments LIT25 Level Transmitter is an economical instrument which accurately displays, controls and transmits level. The LIT25 is easy to install and operate. The non-contacting sensor mounts at the top of your tank while the watertight display enclosure can be mounted in a convenient location nearby. The simple 2-button keypad lets users calibrate the unit without having to climb into the tank.
When paired with the standard ultrasonic sensor, the LIT25 measures liquid levels up to 32ft (10m) with an accuracy of up to ±0.25% of range or 2 mm (0.08"), whichever is greater. The unit also includes automatic temperature compensation to increase the reliability of test results. A range of ultrasonic sensors, with different ranges and chemical compatibilities, are available to tailor the system you the needs of your application. All ultrasonic sensors are available with optional intrinsic safety for installation in hazardous rated locations. The LIT25 can also be ordered with gauge-type pressure sensors for special applications.
The Greyline Instruments LIT25 level transmitter has a 4-20mA output rated up to 1000 ohms. This output is isolated and ready for direct connection to your PLC or Controller. The built-in relay can be used for level control or an alarm.
