The Rosemount 1195 Integral Orifice Flow Meter is a high accuracy differential pressure flow meter suitable for measuring any clean gas, liquid, or vapor flow in small line sizes. Designed with minimal installation and maintenance requirements, the 1195 can be directly mounted to any Rosemount differential pressure transmitter to create a complete flow monitoring system useful in many environments and applications.
The 1195 utilizes a self-centering plate, precision honed pipe section and tight machining tolerances ensure higher installed performance while eliminating installation errors that are magnified in small lines. The meter is available with a wide range of materials and process connections to suit nearly any application. The 1195 has an accuracy of up to ±0.75% of flow rate and a maximum temperature range of 450°F in standard, direct mount applications. Maximum temperature for remote mount applications is 850°F (with High Temperature option selected).
The Rosemount 1195 Integral Orifice Flow Meter produces the most accurate and repeatable measurement when it is used in single-phase flow or steam flow above the saturation temperature.
