Description

The CHINO TP-L Series thermal imaging sensor is a compact infrared thermal imaging sensor that utilizes a thermopile array detector. The CHINO thermal imaging sensors allows you measure real-time temperature, the Ethernet/USB connectivity allows the sensor to communicate data to a PC. With a temperature range of -20 to 300°C, and a resolution of 0.5°C, the CHINO TP-L is useful across a number of temperature-dependent applications.

Monitoring and capturing modes add to the versatility of the CHINO TP-L series thermal imaging sensor. The exclusive viewer software (included) allows the sensors to output temperature data continuously by a command from a PC. Capturing mode does not require use of the exclusive viewer software, however the temperature data is transmitted row-by-row horizontally by a command from the PLC.

In monitoring mode, you can use a single CHINO TP-L series thermal imaging sensor or multiple sensors. A single CHINO unit can monitor one area and has two alarm outputs. If the alarm is triggered, the sensor will store an image to the memory, with updates occurring after every alarm. It is also possible for data to be read from a host PC while in monitoring mode. Up to four sensors can be connected through a LAN and the monitoring, the alarm outputs from each sensor can be used together.
