Testo 830 Infrared Thermometer

The Testo 830-T1 and 830-T2 are fast, versatile infrared thermometers with laser sighting. With a measuring range from -22 to 752°F, both feature adjustable audible and visual alarms that respond if set limits are exceeded. The thermometers are easy to handle and feature an ergonomic "pistol" design. Other features include a backlit display and an adjustable emissivity factor (0.2 to 1.0) making the suitable for a wide range of materials and applications. The thermometers operate on a 9V battery with an expected battery life of 15 hours.

The Testo 830-T1 is equipped with a single laser while the 830-T2 offers an advanced set of features including exact 2-point laser sight and an accurate 12:1 distance to spot ratio lens which allows for efficient measurements over long distances. The Testo 830-T2 also has an external socket where K-type temperature probes can be connected. The emissivity level can also be determined.
