Description
The ifm efector SD Series Flow Meter is a 3-in-1 sensor that monitors the flow rate, volume, pressure and temperature of compressed air and specialty gases including nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide. This meter can be mounted at zone, production line, or machine drops to quickly identify leakage and consumption values. Integrated NPT process connections are available in 1/2in, 1in, and 2in sizes. The sturdy stainless steel construction of the meter's wetted parts ensures corrosion resistance, making this product family a versatile choice across various industries.
The integrated pressure measurement of the SD Series assures actuators are operating at maximum efficiency and eliminates the need for a separate instrument. The straightforward 3-pushbutton programming allows the user to configure output settings, units of measurement, and display orientation. The multicolor TFT display simultaneously shows flow rate, total flow volume, temperature, and pressure. LED indicators show switching output status at-a-glance. The IO-Link communication interface transmits process values for visualization via M12 connector for trending, analysis, and work order integration.
