Description

The Additel ADT875 dry block calibrator offers high performance radial and axial uniformity, speed, stability, and accuracy over a wide temperature range. It features user selectable stability tolerance within specification, user selectable stability time, visual stability indication, and a live clock indicating time to and after stability. Each dry block stores multiple reference probes, which can be used as control probes.

The process calibrator option provides two independent measurement channels, HART communication, data logging on all channels and the ability to document and store up to 1,000 tasks. It also supplies an external reference thermometer input to read PRTs and SPRTs, and 24V loop power which can be enabled and disabled. Additional measurement capabilities include ±30mA, ±30V, and switch measurement, 13 different types of TC measurement, as well as 2, 3, or 4 wire RTD measurement.

The process calibrator option also includes a self calibration function which uses the reference thermometer to run an automated calibration of the internal sensor, essentially removing long term drift and ensuring more accurate calibrations by using only the internal sensor. The original calibration can be restored at any time.
