The microprocessor-based Partlow MIC 2000 process controller is a single loop 1/4 DIN device. The Partlow MIC 2000 process controller is capable of measuring, displaying, and controlling temperature, pressure, flow, and level from a variety of inputs. Various processes including those requiring simple on-off to dual 4-20mA output with full PID can be controlled with the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller.
Input to the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller is user-configurable to directly connect to thermocouple, RTD, mVDC, VDC, or mADC inputs. Thermocouple and RTD linearization as well as thermocouple cold junction compensation are performed automatically by the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller. The sensor input is isolated.
The Partlow MIC 2000 process controller can operate on either 115VAC or 230VAC power at 50/60Hz. Housed in an extruded aluminum enclosure, the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller is suitable for panel mounting and may be surface mounted using an optional adaptor.
Features standard to the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller include isolated process input, setpoint and output limits, and 0.56 inch high LEDs. Partlow MIC 2000 process controllers will display programming of process deviation and setpoint, of percent output, and scaling with decimal point positioning.
Options available to the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller include single or dual 4-20mA output, up to three relay outputs, three types of alarms, remote setpoint input, electric motor modulation, and RS-485 communications. Process value retransmissions output is also optional to the Partlow MIC 2000 process controller. Access to configuration parameter and setpoint may be restricted by using the process controller's security-access mode.
