and traceability with no conversions from volumetric to mass needed. The molbox indicates real-time mass flow for ranges from 10 sccm to 50 slm with total one-year
measurement uncertainty of ±0.5% of reading.
The Fluke molbox RFM gas flow calibrator kit is loaded with features and is easily automated. The system has no moving parts and uninterrupted gas flow measurement
with no fluctuations from piston stroke. The kit contains everything needed though the modular design allows for simple upgrade and expansion.
