Description

The GE Panametrics MMS35IS is an intrinsically safe, single channel portable hygrometer. The MMS35IS combines the technologically advanced M Series moisture probe with state-of-the-art software and electronics for superior speed of response, stability, and overall performance. Suitable for laboratory and industrial moisture measurement applications in gases over a wide range of process conditions, the MMS35IS is certified to be intrinsically safe to CENELEC requirements.

The MMS35IS measures absolute humidity in liquids and gases and displays moisture content in dew/frost point and ppmv. The unit features an accuracy of up to ±3.6°F (±2°C). The MMS35IS includes standard software. For abrupt dry-down conditions, such as spot-sampling applications, GE computer-enhanced response software is available for the ultimate in measurement response speed. A data logging version is also available.

The GE Panametrics MMS35IS is battery powered and housed in a damage-resistant case. When purchased with the internal sample system option, a built-in moisture probe and sampling system with process connections are included, making it a completely self-contained hygrometer system. If purchased without the internal sample system package, the MMS35IS requires an external moisture probe connected to the hygrometer by a cable.
