The ASM has a high level analog output signal, excellent stability, and secure calibration to help meet the increasing demands of today's complex test systems. The Setra AccuSense Model ASM pressure transducer is ideal for high performance industrial, laboratory, and engine test cell applications.
The Setra AccuSense Model ASM pressure transducer offers ranges from vacuum to 1000 psi in gauge or absolute pressures. An accuracy of up to ±0.05% FS (End-Point Accuracy) or 0.1% of reading ensures stable, repeatable and precise pressure readings throughout the testing process. The ASM total error band is < ±0.25% FS, minimizing thermal error. This exceptional performance is achieved by combining Setra's unique electronic circuitry with its patented digital sensor.
The Setra AccuSense Model ASM pressure transducer has a choice of 0 to 5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC, or 4 to 20 mA output. A wide range of pressure and electrical connectors are also offered, maximizing the adaptability of the ASM to a wide variety of test system applications. The ASM is a durable pressure transducer that features all stainless steel construction, groove design, and hydrophobic porous plug at top of unit protects the recessed air vent from contaminants in industrial environments. The ASM offers standard overpressure protection up to 2X proof pressure and a patented high overpressure protection option that enables up to10X proof pressure.
The Setra ASM eliminates the manual trim pots typically used on pressure transducers in order to ensure tamper-proof calibration. The optional SecureCal calibration accessory allows quick and easy digital calibrations.
