The Monarch Pocket Laser Tach 200 tachometer is a digital, battery-powered portable optical tachometer capable of operating up to 25 feet from a reflective target using a laser light source.
The Pocket Laser Tach 200 features 32 functions including: tachometer / ratemeter, totalizer/counter, and timer. Programmable in both English and Metric linear rates, the Monarch Instrument Pocket Laser Tach 200 tachometer has a TTL compatible Pulse Output to trigger devices like data collectors or stroboscopes.
This tachometer can be used alone as a non-contact tachometer or with the optional Remote Contact Assembly for safe, accurate contact measurements. Additionally, it can be used with remote sensors: The MT-190 magnetic sensor, the IRS infrared sensor, and the ROS remote optical sensor. Sensors should be ordered with 1/8 inch phone plug connectors.
The ergonomic design of the Pocket Laser Tach 200 allows safe, direct line-of-sight viewing of both the target and the display at the same time, while providing a non-slip rubber surface for single hand operation.
It is available as meter only (includes: meter, batteries, 12 inches of reflective tape, and a NIST traceable calibration certificate) or as a kit (includes: meter, batteries, remote contact assembly with concave and convex tips and a 10 cm linear speed wheel, 5 feet of reflective tape, carrying case, and a NIST traceable calibration certificate).
