The Compact Line consists of three products utilizing different measuring technologies for continuous level, point level, and pressure applications in the Food & Beverage and Life Sciences industries. Designed specifically for hygienic applications, these products deliver high performance and scalability for vessels ranging from small storage tanks with tight space constraints to large silos to pipes in pipelines, eliminating the need for compromise in critical industrial processes.

A standout feature of The Compact Line is its user-friendly interface, offering intuitive touch operation, Bluetooth connectivity, and guided wizards across all measurement technologies. The products feature digital communication capabilities with IO-Link or HART protocols, a highly visible LED for status indication from a distance, and simplified one-button commissioning. This standardized approach to instrumentation helps simplify operations across different applications.

The Compact Line prioritizes product and process safety through certified hygienic design with 360° coverage, proven material compliance, and comprehensive traceability. The tamper-proof interface ensures data integrity, while Heartbeat Technology creates value for the customer. Heartbeat Technology improves plant performance and reduces operational costs. This technology even aides in certified verification of measuring instruments with a guided procedure for in-situ and traceable verification of instruments accuracy to ISO 9001 at the push of a button without interrupting operations. This can help optimize calibration intervals increasing efficiency and simplifying plant processes by detecting anomalies.

The product line includes three specific devices: Liquiphant FTL43, a vibronic point level switch that works reliably in all pumpable liquids without media adjustment; Micropilot FMR43, a free space radar sensor featuring 80 GHz technology with an additional 180 GHz frequency for very small process connections with narrow beam angles and universal use in liquid and solid applications which provides the best performance and productivity in the smallest tanks; and Cerabar PMP43, a pressure transmitter suitable for monitoring pressure in liquids and gases within pipes, process tanks, and storage tanks with a large choice of fully welded hygienic and non-hygienic process connections. Together, these products offer a comprehensive solution for measurement needs in hygienic industrial environments.
