The Badger Meter PC100 is a versatile and easy to operate industrial process controller. Designed to interface with Badger's complete line of industrial flow meters, the PC100 can scale signal input to the desired unit of measure for totalization, flow rate indication and bidirectional batch counting. At the preset quantity, a relay signal output can be initiated to control valves, alarms and other process control devices. Other features of the PC100 include "slow valve closing" compensation, batch size limit, fail safe shutdown, and programmable function disabling.

The Badger Meter PC100 process controller is available in meter mount or remote mount versions. The remote mount version can be wall or panel mounted. An explosion proof version is also available. An optional 4-20 mA board can be added to the controller.
