Description
The Fluke GFL-1500 Solar Fault Locator Kit 283 FC/PV combines a solar ground fault locator, digital multimeter, and wireless current clamp for troubleshooting photovoltaic (PV) systems. The kit helps technicians quickly locate active ground faults using non-contact fault tracing and perform electrical measurements on solar arrays up to 1500 V DC.
The kit includes the Fluke GFL-1500 transmitter, receiver, and clamp for identifying ground fault locations, along with the 283 FC/PV True-RMS Digital Multimeter and 60 A wireless AC/DC current clamp for electrical testing. The multimeter includes MC4 test leads for PV module and string testing and measures voltage, millivoltage, resistance, continuity, and capacitance. CAT III 1500 V DC/CAT IV 1000 V safety ratings support testing in high voltage environments.
