Flexim FLUXUS F601 Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter

The Flexim FLUXUS F601 Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a flexibly designed, dual-channel solution ready to operate in minutes, designed for servicing and maintenance activities, control and auditing of measurement points not covered by permanent meters, with the ability to as a temporary replacement for permanently installed flow meters. Battery-operated with up to 25 hours of autonomous measurement. In conjunction with paired transducers, the advanced algorithms utilized correctly identify pipe wall echoes and incorrect transducer positioning, ensuring reliable and highly accurate measurements.

Reliable and accurate flow measurement is possible at rates as low as 0.03 ft/s, and up to 82ft/s. The transducers are secured to the outside of the pipe via the robust Variofix P fixture (with chains, magnets optional). Transducers feature 4 to 20mA outputs and Modbus RTU communication, with compatible pipe sizes from .98 to 157.5in. Optional wall thickness probe available, along with viton pads for more permanent couplings.
