Description

The Fluke ThermoView TV30 Thermal Imager are industrial-grade, stand-alone thermal imaging cameras designed for harsh environment. These fixed thermal imagers provide continuous asset monitoring with integrated analytics and multiple connectivity options.

These compact thermal imagers measure approximately 50 × 50 × 142mm and integrate directly into existing automation systems through multiple fieldbus protocols including MQTT, OPC UA, TCP, and UDP, eliminating the need for dedicated PC hardware. The cameras can be configured via web browser and support multiple areas of interest with on-board analytics, enabling direct communication with PLCs and other process control devices. Power options include 24 VDC ±20% or Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3at), providing installation flexibility while the emissivity correction range of 0.10 to 1.00 ensures accurate measurements across different material types.

The cameras withstand significant mechanical stress, including 50g shock resistance and 3g vibration resistance across 11-200 Hz, making them suitable for demanding manufacturing and process environments.
