Description

The E+H Tophit CPS441D pH sensor is designed for media with low conductivity or high organic solvents content. Designed for fast response, it measures accurately even in fast-changing medium compositions. The CPS441D is resistant to poisoning due to constant refilling of the KCl bridge electrolyte and separate reference lead. Because the CPS441D can be used at low temperatures, the response time is shorter and accuracy is consistently higher. The sensor is also suitable for sterilization.

The CPS441D features longer calibration intervals than glass electrodes, which results in lower hysteresis with alternating temperatures, low measuring error after high-temperature loading, and almost no acid and alkaline errors. It also has an unbreakable FDA-compliant PEEK shaft, and it allows direct installation into the process, reducing effort and costs for sampling and laboratory analysis. It is ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) processes when combined with an automatic retractable assembly.

The CPS441D sensor features Memosens digital technology. Memosens sensors offer greater process and data safety, easy handling, and predictive maintenance. The non-contact inductive signal transmission eliminates problems associated with moisture, such as corrosion and distortion. The intrinsically safe electronics allow application in hazardous areas. Since measured values are transmitted digitally, data is free from interference and errors are immediately detected. Sensors with Memosens technology also have integrated electronics that store calibration data and operating information, allowing for calibration separately from the measuring point and protected from the effects of weather. Maintenance intervals can be defined based on all stored sensor load and calibration data.
