The FLIR DM166 imaging TRMS multimeter safely checks for live connections, scans for overheating components, and helps diagnose faults by identifying the location of temperature changes. Energized and potentially faulty equipment can be assessed from a safe distance because the DM166 is a non contact multimeter. It can also measure 600V AC/DC voltage and 10 A AC/DC current measurements. For higher accuracy the DM166 removes high-frequency noise that affects readings with the Variable Frequency Drive measurement function.
