Description
The AquaMetrix AM Series conductivity probes offer a compact and versatile design that allows installation into standard pipe fittings in small line sizes, including 1/2 and 3/4in NPT, eliminating the need for special flow cells or mounting hardware. The sensors can be used in either flow through or submersion configurations, providing maximum installation flexibility.
Constructed with 316 stainless steel and Teflon or PEEK wetted materials, and featuring double O-ring seals, the AM Series sensors ensure long term durability and chemical resistance. The outer EPDM O-ring protects the inner seal from chemical attack, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance requirements. Each sensor includes an integral temperature element matched to the connected analyzer, enabling automatic temperature compensation for accurate real-time conductivity measurements. Leads are 15ft standard with stripped and tinned ends.
The AMB34 sensor is specifically designed for high pressure and high temperature applications, making it ideal for boiler control, blowdown monitoring, condensate measurement, and steam purity control. Multiple cell constants are available depending on sensor type, allowing the AM Series to cover a wide range of conductivity levels.
