The E+E EE741 Inline Flow Meter is dedicated for accurate metering and monitoring of compressed air and technical gases.
The thermal measuring principle and the well-proven E+E hot film sensor element lead to best long-term stability and fast response time. Outstanding measuring accuracy, even in the lower measuring range is achieved by an application-specific multi-point factory adjustment, which is performed at 102 psi (7 bar). This allows reliable leak detection and corresponding energy savings. The construction of the EE741 is optimized for easy installation and maintenance.
Applications for the EE741 include:

- Nitrogen generators

Measuring Total Oxygen Consumption
The Background: Our customer is an industrial fabricator seeking a means to measure the amount of oxygen being used by the numerous cutting torches used at their facility.
The Problem: The shop floor includes many cutting torches which use a great deal of oxygen. The customer has never measured the total amount of oxygen used by these torches. In an effort to control costs, they now want to measure the total oxygen used.
The Solution: We recommended the E+E EE741 Inline Flow Meter which has been optimized for accurate metering and monitoring of compressed air and technical gases. The sensing element provides long-term stability and a fast response time. Outstanding measuring accuracy, even in the lower measuring range is achieved by an application-specific multi-point factory adjustment.
