Operating instructions

The Mensor CPH6600 pressure calibrator is a small, lightweight handheld calibrator for the process industry. The unit features a high-performance integrated electric pump capable of generating pressures up to 150 psi. Pressures up to 300 psi are possible with an external manual pump. In combination with an external temperature probe, and a mA source and measurement he CPH6600 enables the technician to calibrate pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters with one instrument. Additional functions, such as pressure switch testing and the indication of the device under test deviation in percent, increase the user-friendliness of the CPH6600.

The CPH6600 provides ±0.025% FS accuracy on its internal, isolated pressure sensor. The sensor is temperature compensated to ensure accuracy in field applications. The CPH6600 also measures and simulates 4 to 20 mA loop current signals as well as 0 to 30 V DC voltage. In addition, in combination with an external temperature sensor, simultaneous temperature measurement is also possible. An internal 24 V DC power supply supplies power to transmitters under test.
