The Bacharach QV2 / QV5 Vacuum Pumps are designed to prevent pump oil from returning to contaminate vacuum vessel and pipeline after the pump stops. The QV2 and QV5 have built-in devices to eliminate oil mist and an oil-gas separator at air exhaust outlet to treat with oil contamination in air exhaust. The motor utilizes strong light aluminum alloy, which guarantees cool, continuous normal operation.
The motor and pump are integrated to make the product compact, simple and rational. The QV2 and QV5 are specially designed to operate under low temperature and low voltage conditions to guarantee normal starting in winter and rated voltages ±10%. The QV2 has a free air displacement of 1.7 CFM, 1/4 HP, 350 ml of oil capacity and a motor speed of 1720 rev/min. The QV5 has a free air displacement of 5.3 CFM, 1/2 HP, 450 ml of oil capacity and a motor speed of 3450 rev/min.
