The Keller Valueline high accuracy pressure transmitter combines piezoresistive silicon sensor technology with Keller's state-of-the-art signal conditioning circuitry to make a very reliable transmitter with excellent Total Error Band (TEB) accuracy over a wide compensated temperature range.
The ability of the Valueline to provide this level of sustained performance over a wide range of operating conditions makes it ideally suited to pressure monitoring applications such as tank level measurement, pump control, and VFD control.
The Valueline transmitter with PE jacket is approved to NSF 61 and NSF 372 standards for water quality. Additionally, models equipped with 4-20mA analog output include guaranteed lightning protection at no additional cost. This feature protects the pressure transmitter from fast-rising transients and carries a lifetime guarantee against damage from electrical surge making it perfect for installation in areas prone to chronic damage due to transients caused by lightning.

Fast Delivery for OEM Applications
The Background: Our customer is a packaging company that makes specialized products for OEM applications. They need a number of pressure transmitters for their production line.
The Problem: The customer’s greatest concern was getting a reliable product as quickly as possible.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging
The Background: Our customer is a processed food company that needs to replace pressure transmitters on packaging machines.
The Problem: The customer utilizes modified atmosphere packaging to preserve fresh foods. This technique replaces ambient air inside the packaging with a preservative gas mix to keep the food fresh for as long as possible. Different gases are used for different foods to create optimal conditions. Getting the proper amount of these gas mixtures into the packaging requires precision pressure measurement.

Urea Injection System
The Background: Our customer is a municipal public works department that is looking for a way to monitor the exhaust pressure of town vehicles that have been fitted with a urea injection system to bring down oxides of nitrogen.
The Problem: NOx emissions from diesel engines negatively impact both health and the environment. If a mixture of urea and deionized water is sprayed into the exhaust stream, it can reduce the NOx levels by up to 90%. The customer wanted to monitor the exhaust of town vehicles to make sure engine performance and longevity were not affected by this process.
The Solution: We suggested Keller Valueline pressure transmitters which offered a combination of quality, TEB accuracy and quick delivery that appealed to the customer. The customer purchased one unit to test which worked perfectly so they purchased four additional units.
Well Pumping Station
The Background: Our customer is a municipal water district that is currently setting up a pumping station at one of their wells in order to sell water to a neighboring water district. They are seeking a pressure transmitter that will be installed inside the well.
The Problem: There is nothing currently installed at the well. The two water districts will work together to set-up a PLC system with a pressure transmitter to monitor the well. Because the well floods, they need a pressure transmitter with the proper IP rating to prevent issues with the electronics.
