The Krohne OPTIMASS 3000 coriolis mass flow meter is an accurate, cost effective solution for the measurement of fluids, gases and solids in a variety of applications which feature low process flows. With a single Z-shaped measuring tube in stainless steel or Hastelloy, the OPTIMASS 3000 is ideal for use in applications as diverse as fragrance dispensing and high precision coatings in the pharmaceutical industry, CO2 injection and dosing in the food and beverage industry, and natural gas and propane odorization.
Krohne OPTIMASS 3000 coriolis mass flow meters offer excellent accuracy and repeatability for all measured values. In addition to mass flow and density measurements, the OPTIMASS 3000 also calculates volume, referred density, concentration, and velocity. The meters include comprehensive diagnostic capabilities. The OPTIMASS 3000 is compatible with a number of Krohne flow converters which can be either meter or remote mounted.
The OPTIMASS 3000 meters are designed to handle tough applications. The rugged measuring tube can handle pressures up to 2175 psig. The meters are also supplied with secondary pressure containment as standard. Process temperatures up to 302°F are no problem for the meter. The OPTIMASS 3000 is available with a wide range of standard and hygienic process connections. A number of hazardous area approvals are available as well.
