Description

The multi-loop Fuji Electric CC-M process controller is an advanced 3×6 controller with up to four independent control loops, with 4 control outputs and 8 PID blocks. The user has a choice of several control methods including single loop, multi-loop, cascade, ratio, and PLC to provide effective solutions for small scale system requirements. For more complex control applications, the Fuji Electric CC-M process controller can communicate via low-level RS-485 communications with external I/O modules.

The Fuji Electric CC-M process controller features an easy-to-read 6-color graphic LCD screen with CFL backlight and contrast adjustment that displays process loop information and trend data. The multi-loop Fuji Electric CC-M process controller has three kinds of menu screens for set-up and monitoring.

Programmable either from the front panel or via serial cable and Fuji software, the multi-loop Fuji Electric CC-M process controller's trend function can be used as a paperless recorder by recording up to 32 points simultaneously.

The multi-loop Fuji Electric CC-M process controller has advanced software capabilities, and can be programmed from the front display or by using Fuji's Windows™-based configuration software. High-level RS-485 communications (Modbus protocol) allows connection to either a PC or a PLC.

The Fuji Electric CC-M process controller comes with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
