Description

The Dakota Ultrasonics PVX thickness gauge features an adjustable square wave pulser which provides the flexibility necessary for both high resolution and penetration requirements. Selectable viewing options include RF waveform, +/- rectified waveform and large digits with scan bar. A time based B-scan feature displays a cross section of the test material and displays the profile of the opposite surface of the material.

Other features of the Dakota Ultrasonics PVX thickness gauge include hardware AGC gain control for multiple echo and thru-paint measurements, multiple calibration options including one-point, two-point or selection from a material list and 16 factory and 48 user-defined setups. The PVX is equipped with an alpha-numeric data logger to provide increased versatility for those custom reporting needs.

The PVX thickness gauge comes complete with Windows® PC software for transferring data to and from a PC, multiple language support and a 2-year limited warranty.

The Dakota Ultrasonics PX series ships complete with a standard 15MHz 1/4 inch delay line transducer (this transducer can be substituted for another model, please contact us for details).
