The Optris PI 640i Microscope Kit provides two iterations of an an advanced thermal imaging camera configured with a USB 2.0 interface, a FPA detector with a high resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, and a measurement range up to 900°C (with subranges). Thermal sensitivity is 80mK.
The MO44 configuration of this kit is centered around a 12° x 9° lensed PI 640i infrared camera. This lens has a -20 to 900°C measuring range, F value of 1.1, focal length of 44mm, and an IFOV of 28µm. This kit includes a manual PI camera, microscope stand, USB cable (1m), and rugged transport case.
The MO2X configuration of this kit is centered around a 5.4 x 4.0mm lensed PI 640i infrared camera. This lens has a -20 to 500°C measuring range, F value of 1.3, a focal length of 60mm, and an IFOV of 8µm. This kit includes a manual PI camera, a premium microscope stand with coarse/fine drive and adapter for camera, base plate with ESD pad, USB cable (1m), and rugged transport case.
Frame rates up to 125Hz allow for inspection of pulsed laser diodes and similarly fast processes. Thermal analysis of tiny chip-sized components, as well as general circuit board assessments is streamlined through hands-free operation and testing with these fully equipped kits, each with license-free access to PIX Connect Thermography Software. Each camera comes in an IP67 (NEMA 4) rated housing enclosure with vibration and shock protections, providing durability along with a highly accurate, compact design.
