Rion
Rion was founded in 1944 to manufacture products based on research by the Kobayasi Institute of Physical Research, a foundation dedicated to the study of physics and acoustics. Beginning with acoustic equipment designed for the hearing-impaired, Rion has since expanded to designing and manufacturing a range of instruments including sound and vibration measuring instruments used by government agencies and private industry to protect the environment and improve the quality of manufacturing.
