The JFlow Controls JFEW compact electric actuator is a lightweight device suitable for on-off small ball/plug valves and damper automation. The enclosures use radial seals and o-rings that provide protection to waterproof IP67 (NEMA 4 &6), and optional watertight IP68. It is CSA and CE approved NEMA 4 and 4x weather proof. The high corrosion resistance inside and out is due to the hard anodized aluminum with polyester powder coating.

Additionally, the JFEW contains a compartment heater with a thermostat for condensation control. Self-locking is provided by double worm gearing, no brake required. This device contains a wide range of voltage: 24VDC, 24VAC/1PH, 120VAC/1PH, 220VAC/1PH, 440VAC/3PH. The removable drive bushing makes for easy machining and mounting. The JFEW also contains an auto-declutching manual override handwheel with a pad-lockable auto/manual switchable lever. Contains standard auxiliary limit switches (SPDT x 2Ea 250V AC 10A Rating).
