Description

The KROHNE OPTIWAVE 7300 C is a non-contact radar level meter developed for accurate level measurements of liquids, pastes and slurries. The versatile OPTIWAVE 7300 C provides more stable measurements than pulse radar and is well suited to agitated process conditions. Advanced design allows the meter to operate over a larger bandwidth which ensures a sharper resolution and higher accuracy making it possible to detect even the smallest level changes.

The OPTIWAVE 7300 C is configurable to meet the needs of nearly any applications including open channel and hygienic measurements. The drop antenna combines a relatively small radar beam for more precise measurement and a shape that avoids product build-up. If the tank contains corrosive liquids such as acids and alkaline solutions, there are flange protection options available.

Installation of the OPTIWAVE 7300 C is simple. No special equipment is necessary to align the antennas and the installation wizard and the comprehensive help function makes set up quick and easy. It can reliably measure any liquid within the stated pressure and temperature range, and distances up to 80 m / 260 ft. Since measurement is non-contact, maintenance expenditures are extremely low.
