Additel 93 / 94 Test Pumps

The Additel 93 and 94 series are hand-operated, high pressure hydraulic test pumps designed as a pressure source for calibrating pressure instruments including gauges, indicators and transducers in the laboratory. The 936, 937 and 938 can generate pressure from 85% vacuum to 1000 bar and are compatible with oil (Additel 936), phosphoric acid ester fluid and Skydrol (Additel 937) or de-ionized water (Additel 938). The 949 has a range of 85% vacuum to 2800 bar and is compatible with diethylhexyl sebacate. Pressures on all models can be easily generated and smoothly adjusted because of Additel’s patented screw press technology. A specially designed shut-off keeps pressures stable during calibrations.

By removing the check valve, Additel has made the 936, 937, 938, and 949 nearly maintenance-free while also solving the leakage problems common in hand pumps. The 93 series also features hand-tight quick connectors which allow easy connecting and disconnecting to the test pump without the need for PTFE tape or wrenches.
