The Honeywell DRC900C Series circular chart recorder is microprocessor-based and designed to provide analog process recording. The DRC901C model uses a 10-inch chart and is available in one- or two-pen configurations, with optional local display. It accepts a range of sensor and transmitter inputs, including thermocouples, RTDs, mA, mV, and voltage signals.

The DRC901C recorder provides configurable settings for different process requirements and applications, including food processing, environmental and machine monitoring, flow measurement, water and wastewater monitoring, furnaces, ovens, and packaging equipment. More than 200 preprinted chart options are available, and the disposable fiber-tip ink cartridge provides continuous recording with minimal maintenance. Universal power and configurable thermocouple burnout settings support varied installation requirements.

The DRC901C can be configured and monitored locally through an optional capacitive touch display or remotely through Bluetooth and Modbus communications. The EasySet app, available for Android and iOS, supports configuration, data logging, parameter viewing, and firmware upgrades. User-configurable operating parameters allow the recorder to be adapted to specific measurement and recording requirements.

The recorder also supports field calibration to compensate for input deviations from factory specifications. Both factory and field calibration values are stored in memory, allowing users to select the appropriate calibration set. Secure firmware updates for the CPU and I/O are available through the EasySet app.
