The ACI F200 leak detector is a facility-monitoring and single-zone leak detection device designed to monitor environmental conditions and water leaks in server racks, data cabinets, closets, and telecommunications shelters. It supports up to four 1-wire temperature or temperature/humidity sensors, eight digital inputs, and one leak detection zone using either an SD-Z1 spot detector or up to 200 feet of sensing cable with inline spot detectors. The unit is USB powered and supports plug-and-play installation, with a web-accessible, mobile-friendly interface for configuration and monitoring.

The F200 provides multiple alarm notification options, including audible and visual indicators, email, SNMP traps, and a relay output for controlling an external device during an alarm. It also provides event logging and downloadable trend data in CSV format, timekeeping through an RTC or NTP, and Modbus output for integration with a building management system (BMS).
