Description

The E+H Liquiline CM42B one-channel transmitter is designed to measure pH, ORP, conductivity, or dissolved oxygen in demanding industrial applications. It supports local configuration through an intuitive interface and can also be configured and monitored wirelessly using Bluetooth and the SmartBlue app. Available in stainless steel, plastic, and DIN-rail versions, it can be adapted for skid-mounted systems, hygienic installations, hazardous areas, and other process environments. The transmitter is used across industries including chemical, food and beverage, life sciences, power and energy, oil and gas, and mining, minerals, and metals. It is certified for hazardous locations with approvals including IECEx, ATEX, C/US IS Class I Division 1, and CHN-Ex.

The CM42B transmitter incorporates Memosens technology for digital sensor communication, enabling reliable data transmission, support for pre-calibrated plug-and-play sensors, and reduced maintenance downtime. HCF-certified HART communication allows integration with process control systems, while Bluetooth connectivity supports remote access through role-based user management and secure communication features. These capabilities help simplify installation, configuration, maintenance, and system integration while supporting reliable process measurement.
