Description
The Fluke 832 Laser Shaft Alignment Tool enables quick and complete alignment without advanced training or complicated programs through the use of an intuitive guided user interface. The single laser beam sensor is paired with two HD position sensitive detectors (PSD) and MEMS inclinometers for ready measurement and documentation of alignment conditions.
Installation of the sensor is simplified thanks to the non-adjustable laser design, optimizing for user-friendly setup. The Dual optical planes and Freeze Frame Measurement technology support accurate results even without manual pre-alignments. Real time correction is possible with through the simultaneous live move capability, permitting adjustment to alignment in both vertical and horizontal planes instantly. The 832 Series is a smart technology solution to a range of industrial alignment challenges.
The standard-issued Fluke shaft alignment tablet pairs an octa‑core processor with a durable 8in Gorilla Glass display for reliable operation and easy visibility in outdoor environments. The rechargeable 3.87V battery ensures up to 11 hours of use. This tablet meets IP65 dust and water jet resistant standards, survives drops from 1.2m heights, and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -4 to 122°F. The advanced connectivity package includes Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, RFID capability, and USB‑C connection.
