Description

The E+H Cerabar PMP63B pressure transmitter is designed for process pressure measurement in liquids, gases, vapors, and level applications. It supports 4 to 20mA analog, HART, PROFIBUS PA, and PROFINET over Ethernet-APL communication and is available with measuring ranges up to 100bar (1500psi). Depending on the configuration, the transmitter provides accuracy up to ±0.025% and process temperatures up to 482°F when used with a diaphragm seal.

The Cerabar PMP63B features semiconductor-based pressure measurement technology with high long term stability and overload resistance. Optional Bluetooth connectivity enables remote operation, while the backlit display improves readability during commissioning and operation. Heartbeat Technology provides on demand verification and monitoring functions to detect process anomalies, including dynamic pressure shocks and supply voltage changes.

The transmitter is available in standard, diaphragm seal, and contite measuring cell versions. Diaphragm seal configurations are suitable for high temperature processes, strong vibration environments, and difficult to access mounting locations. Devices with the contite measuring cell are designed for applications with high humidity, condensing moisture, frequent temperature cycling, and temperature shocks. The Cerabar PMP63B can also be used for level, volume, and mass measurements through pressure based calculation.
