The Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies ILA210 accelerometer inline adapter converts signals from IEPE accelerometers into Modbus RTU digital communication. The ILA210 supports optional dual-output accelerometer and temperature sensors, uses M12 input and output connectors, and is rated IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress. The device is compatible with a broad range of industrial vibration sensors used in environments with varying speeds, temperatures, electromagnetic interference levels, vibration conditions, and hazardous-area requirements.

The ILA210 adapter provides vibration spectrum and FFT data up to 10 kHz, along with calculated metrics including acceleration, velocity, displacement, ISO frequency bands, true peak, crest factor, and standard deviation. Designed for DIN-rail or panel mounting in factory environments, it enables machine condition monitoring and trending for equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes. It also facilitates integration of vibration data into PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems and can be used to add digital communication capabilities to existing IEPE sensor installations.
