Description

The Core Sensors CS10T Dual Pressure and Temperature Transducer is a high-strength transducer that utilizes MEMS silicon strain gages mounted to a stainless steel or nickel alloy sensing element. This transducer offers a ±0.25% BFSL pressure accuracy and ±3% of FS total error band temperature accuracy. The ASIC electronics offer dual analog voltage or 4-20mA loop powered output signals. The CS10T is configurable with a 1/8 to 1/2in male NPT or 7/16-20 male UNF process connection, and available with 17-4PH, 316L SS, Hastelloy C276, or Inconel 718 wetted materials. Configurable electrical connectors include M12x1, Deutsch DT04-4P, 6-Pin Bendix, and EN 175301-803 Forms A & C.

The CS10T offers dual output signals for pressure and temperature measurements, eliminating the need for multiple transducers and simplifying installation. The pressure and temperature outputs are independent of each other, allowing users to measure only pressure, only temperature, or both as needed. Temperature measurements are made via a platinum RTD sensor mounted near the diaphragm of the sensing element. The resistance is then amplified to the configured output signal. This results in a reliable reference temperature measurement, allowing users to understand and control process conditions in more detail.
