Cordant Maintenance and Reliability Program Assessment

The Cordant (formerly known as ARMS) Maintenance and Reliability Program Assessment examines current maintenance and reliability practices by collecting and analyzing data, conducting interviews, and mapping workflows. This series of processes focuses on providing comprehension of the driving elements for performing maintenance work, the obstacles to continuous improvement, and understanding the level of risk and reliability taken into account in asset management. 

The results of this analysis are then compared to industry best practices, and the benefits to closing the gap are estimated and quantified. The plan to close this performance gap will then be presented, including actions and solutions to drive improvements within the company in the short, medium, and long term.
