Description
The Cordant (formerly known as ARMS) Reliability Centered Maintenance Training Program provides 10 to 25 attendees an in-person--or virtual--class spanning two days, or 15 hours of web conferencing, centered around the knowledge and skills necessary to develop effective maintenance strategies. This training provides working knowledge of RCM methodology, facilitating comprehension and use of powerful reliability software to optimize your plans in a simulated environment. This course also highlights how to analyze and utilize failure data to drive improvement. This is done by linking Weibull distribution to the logical Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. Comprehension of these methodologies will allow attendees to practice development and execution of successful outcomes and meet business objectives through quantifying and calculating business benefits and risk reduction.
The skillsets that team members will learn or refine in this course will facilitate next steps to reducing high maintenance costs and unplanned downtimes, among other chronic organizational issues. Participants will apply everything learned to solve exercise problems, and perform task optimization as a group. Private classes include an optional workshop offering additional asset strategy management exercises, extending the program to three days.
Employees that can benefit from this program: Reliability Engineers, Project Engineers, Maintenance Analysts, Maintenance Supervisors, Design Engineers, Plant Performance Engineers, RCM Team Members
