Description
The Cordant (formerly known as ARMS) Root Cause Analysis Facilitator Training Program provides up to 10 attendees a virtual class involving 15 hours of web conferencing, centered around the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate effective problem analysis. Private programs are available on-site for groups of 10 to 25 employees, spanning two days. This training provides working knowledge of the Cause Tree Mapping methodology, facilitating comprehension of fundamental problem-solving processes and how to facilitate an effective investigation. Root Cause Analysis Training is suited to those who will be leading or facilitating an RCA investigation and need to have a strong understanding of cause and effect.
This RCA training program also seeks to shift the mindset around root cause investigations not only being used as a reactive action, but the start of a proactive process when evaluating long term reliability initiatives. The skillsets that team members will learn or refine in this course will facilitate next steps to reducing high maintenance costs and unplanned downtimes. Participants will apply everything learned to solve an exercise problem, and each student will be given the opportunity to facilitate a group. An optional workshop surrounding full problem exercises extends the program an additional day.
Employees that can benefit from this program: Supervisors, Engineers, LEAN Specialists, 6 Sigma Black Belts, Designers, Engineers, Safety and Environmental Representatives, Administrators, Continuous / Healthcare Improvement Specialists, Business Analysts, IT Professionals, HR Personnel.
