Description
The Aventics 650 series air preparation units contain extended high and low temperature capabilities (-40 to 176°F) to allow the FRLs to be specified across a broad range of applications, including those within harsh environments. New manifold endplate flanges allow users to pull the manifold assembly out of service without disconnecting the piping. The Aventics 650 series comes in three models, the 651, 652, and 653 - each with different port/piping sizing.
The air preparation unit is front-facing with low-profile gauges to assist with serviceability. The gauges are offered with shut-off isolation and slow-start/quick exhaust valves. The optional pressure regulator with reverse flow check permits placement of the regulator between the valve and cylinder - allowing air to be exhausted through the regulator without causing damage or reduced life. Additionally, the optional integrated pressure range indicators allow the user to easily set off the red/green color indicators to the desired pressure range. Lastly, the selection of filtering capacities aids in removing particulate and water droplets from compressed air or inert gas.
