E+H Turbimax CUE25 Portable Turbidity Meter

The E+H Turbimax CUE25 Portable Turbidity Meter is a compact handheld meter for the measurement of turbidity in the field. It offers a grab sample measurement compliant to EN ISO 7027 and allows verification of online turbidity measurements and control of processes directly on-site. Operation is simple: fill the cuvette, insert it into the measuring chamber and get an instant reading. In addition, Turbimax CUE25 provides guided calibration according to predefined standards, helping to streamline maintenance. The Turbimax CUE25 is suitable for the following most applications including drinking water, process water, and wastewater.

This turbidimeter uses the standardized 90° scattered light method of measurment according to ISO 7027 / EN 27027. The turbidity of the medium is determined by the amount of scattered light. The transmitted light beam with a wavelength in the near-infrared range is scattered by the solid matter particles in the medium. The scattered beams are detected by scattered light receivers which are arranged at an angle of 90° to the infrared light source. The Turbimax CUE25 senses the turbidity level of a sample and automatically adjusts to the appropriate measuring range.
