The InTemp® CX402-TXXX series temperature data loggers monitor temperatures in refrigerators, freezers, and other temperature-controlled environments to comply with global GDP requirements. The loggers communicate wirelessly via Bluetooth Low Energy to mobile devices. Using the InTemp app, you can easily view data, check logger status, set alarms, and create and share secure PDF reports for streamlined reporting and regulatory compliance.
All loggers feature a built-in LCD display to view current and daily min and max temperatures, advanced audible and visual alarm capabilities for notification of temperature excursions, an internal sensor for ambient temperature monitoring, and a single-point NIST Certification of Calibration for both the logger body and probe. External temperature probe is available with a 2- or 4-meter flat ribbon cable attached to a Glycol bottle used to insulate the probe and delay thermal response times.
With the optional CX Gateway, you can get remote notifications of temperature excursions and automatically download data from loggers within range of the device.

Here's how some of our customers used this product.
Identifying Issues with Temperature Stability
The Background: Our customer is a clinic that was having issues with temperature stability in the refrigerator they use to store medicines and vaccines. They seek a means to monitor the temperature inside the refrigerator to ensure medicines and vaccines are stored at recommended temperatures.
The Problem: Many medicines and vaccines must be refrigerated to remain stable. Failure to control temperature within recommended ranges can quickly lead to spoilage. The customer needs to monitor and log temperatures inside the refrigerator.
The Solution: We recommended the InTemp CX402-TX series temperature data logger which is designed to monitor temperatures in refrigerators, freezers, and other temperature-controlled environments to comply with global GDP requirements. The CX402-TX doesn’t require opening the refrigerator to check the temperature and includes a glycol bottle which helps buffer the thermal response times of the probe because it has mass similar to the mass of the medication vials.
