Description

Accurate Thermal Systems FTBSL12 and FTBSL26 Fluidized Temperature Baths offer outstanding performance, safety, features and value that are unmatched. Unlike competing fluidized baths, the FTBSL12 and FTBSL26 have a smaller footprint, include advanced features, cost thousands of dollars less, are much safer than salt baths, and have a thermal response that is 2 to 3 times faster than ovens.

The Accurate Thermal Systems FTBSL12 and FTBSL26 feature a temperature range of 122 to 1,121°F (50 to 605°C) with a calibrated accuracy of ±3.0°C. The advanced, 4 temperature zone PID controller provides outstanding uniformity and stability of up to ±0.3°C at 500°C. Both models provide a large working volume with the FTBSL12 measuring 7.3" in diameter by 12" depth and the FTBSL2624" measuring 7.3" in diameter by 24" depth. The FTBSL12 has a heat up time (to 600°C) of 150 minutes and a cool down time (from max to 200°C) of 150 minutes. The FTBSL26 has a heat up time of 180 minutes and a cool down time of 210 minutes.

Accurate Thermal Systems FTBSL12 and FTBSL26 Fluidized Temperature Baths feature an innovative cover and lid system that prevents media from escaping out of the bath opening which keeps the operating area cleaner and media loss to a minimum. Media is either blocked by the lid or collected on the cover flange which drops back into the system. The lid contains a handle that is elevated above the lid away from heat. The lid can be readily modified by customers to suspend devices or apparatus for immersion of devices into the bath or can be used with a parts basket. Thermowells can also be added for calibration of temperature sensors and systems.
