Description

The Additel ADT 681 digital pressure gauge is equipped with advanced microprocessor technology and state-of-the-art silicon pressure sensors. To achieve fully temperature compensated accuracy every sensor is pressure tested at several environmental temperatures from 14° to 122°F. With this test data individual coefficients are generated and stored in the gauge characterizing its performance over the full temperature compensated range.

Data logging is available on the standard gauge pressure, absolute, compound, differential, panel mount, and intrinsically safe versions. The ADT681 series digital pressure gauges provide an accurate, reliable, and economic solution for a wide range of pressure applications such as precision pressure measurement, field gauge calibration, pressure safety valve testing, pressure regulator testing.

Applications

Here's how some of our customers use this product...

Oil & Gas Apparatus Testing and Data Logging

The Background: Our customer is an oil and gas company that needs to perform routine pressure testing on frac stacks, blowout preventers and other equipment used in the field.

The Problem: Up until now the customer had used a circular chart recorder to log the results of these pressure tests. While these hard copies fulfilled the regulatory requirements, they did not allow for the customer to share the data electronically or easily generate reports.

The Solution: We recommended the Additel ADT 681 digital pressure gauge combined with an Additel 9050 adapter cable and 9502 software. The 681 is available with a data logging option while the software allows the easy export of data and custom report generation.

Pressure Testing and Certification of Oil Drilling Equipment

The Background: An oilfield contractor requires a pressure measurement solution for using triplex pumps to test and certify drilling equipment such as frac stacks, running iron, blow out preventers and other critical oilfield components.

The Problem: Drilling equipment is rated for pressures up to 15,000 psi requiring high ranges. Additionally, the customer wants a digital gauge with the ability to share data with their customers.

The Solution: The Additel ADT 681 digital pressure gauge provides an accurate, reliable, and economic solution. It has an optional data logging and RS-232 communications to make it easy to download information onto a laptop for report generation or sharing.
