The MadgeTech SGTemp1000 is a self-contained, precision temperature recorder. Measuring just 2.75 x 1.5" inches, the SGTemp1000 is small enough to fit almost anywhere. The logger is designed for use with Smart Gasket clamps. Neither Smart Gasket nor pipe fitting is included.

The MadgeTech SGTemp1000 has a temperature range of -50 to 150°C with an accuracy of ±0.1°C. The easy-to-use device will measure and record up to 21,845 measurements per channel. The storage medium is a non-volatile solid state memory which provides maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The RTD sensor does not suffer from the cold-junction issues of the thermocouple nor the errors at high and low temperatures of the thermistor. Reading rates are configurable from once every two seconds to once every twelve hours. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer and data retrieval is quick and easy-- simply plug the logger into an empty COM or USB port and the user-friendly software does the rest.

One of the most powerful features of the SGTemp1000 is the accompanying software (Madgetech data logger software). MadgeTech's easy-to-use Windows-based program features a variety of powerful tools, all of which work together to allow for the effortless creation and exportation of professionally formatted spreadsheets and customized graphs. Complex analyses, such as Mean Kinetic Temperature, Sterilization Units, and Pasteurization Units, can be performed with just one click of the mouse. In addition to data analysis, MadgeTech's software is used for the digital calibration of the SGTemp1000.
