The Fluke 983 laser particle counter simultaneously measures and displays six channels of particle size distribution, temperature, and humidity. The Fluke 983 is the ideal laser particle counter for determining size distribution of airborne particles or tracking down a particle source.

This compact, lightweight, self-contained tool allows for one-handed operation and has the ability to maintain its accuracy when used in any position. The Fluke 983 laser particle counter features an 8-hour rechargeable battery and a large 5000 sample record capacity, which allows for uninterrupted performance during air quality surveys.

Fluke 983 laser particle counters can quickly and accurately measure particle sizes down to 0.3 µm. The Fluke 983 has a selectable sample time, count data, and programmable delay. Sample size can be set to cubic feet or liters, and temperature measurements can be set to °C or °F. Data can be displayed in totalizing or concentration modes.
